Pain, Reflection, Progress

Challenges faced test and strengthen.

Not failing means not pushing limits, which means not maximizing potential. Which means stasis and stagnation.  

Pain is a signal. In the pursuit of progress sometimes we must go towards the pain rather than avoid it. 

Avoidance of the difficult growth opportunities, which lie outside comfort zones, lend to an unhealthy but comfortable delusion. The trick is to lean into the hard stuff, embrace it, and remember, in tough times how you choose to handle it is what counts. 

Even in the most trying circumstances, when thoughts of surrender are paramount, remember, discovering the strength to go on is almost always a choice. And from this choice, the quality of the work is decided.
